Outvoice is free software. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and distribute the application for any purpose.

The application is provided for personal and commercial use without restriction.

• To use Outvoice, you need:
• macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
• FFmpeg installed via Homebrew
• Apple Silicon recommended for optimal transcription performance
• You are responsible for ensuring your system meets these requirements.

You retain full ownership of all audio files you process with Outvoice. The application does not claim any rights to your content.

Outvoice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and the underlying WhisperKit model.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outvoice and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Outvoice after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
